Plagiarised posters
A controversial matter has been brought to our attention, which we’d like to clear up immediately. It turns out that two of the shortlisted posters from this year’s contest are essentially copies of other designers’ work.
Needless to say, both posters have been disqualified from the contest. Their places in the Good 50×70 catalogue and exhibition will be two new posters chosen by our jury from this year’s entries. These are: “Be Sincere & Faithful” by Leonie Mossel (Suriname) and “Ready to Blow” by Gokhan Apaydin (Turkey).
We would like to thank Christian Camilo Avendaño Cendales and jury members Chaz Maviyane-Davies and Woody Pirtle for alerting us to these fraudulent entries, and apologise to everyone for our error.
